We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dedicated team in delivering vital health and wellness services. This remote role will involve a variety of administrative responsibilities that are integral to the coordination of our programs. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including phone management, filing, and inventory of office supplies.
- Provide client support by assisting with appointment scheduling, reminder communications, and the organization of health education initiatives and community engagement events.
- Manage data entry utilizing an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system while ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Support financial tasks by processing expense reports and overseeing office-related budgetary allocations.
- Collaborate with the Site Director, Community Health Workers, and other program personnel to ensure the efficient delivery of services.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational capabilities with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and adept in mail merge for mass mailings.
- Experience in administrative support or office coordination is essential.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Valid driver's license is necessary.
- Familiarity or sensitivity to Native American cultures and traditions is preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or community-focused environment is advantageous.
